Great experience the first time I used the service
This was the first time that I used this service. Daniel assisted me by finding airfare at a good price with good travel times. He explained the process as we interacted. I recommend this service and will happily use the service again, hopefully with Daniel.

Professional and patient support
Charlotte was very thorough and patient while I took a while to confirm that this was the best deal compared with all of the other websites I'd checked like Kayak and JustFly. It was in fact the best deal by a significant margin once you took into account that the other "deals" didn't include the price you had to pay for a seat, carrying on a bag, etc. Charlotte looked into different dates and parameters for me and I feel confident in my purchase in the end.

I wish I could give less than one star. I made no thought of using this company as they are the rewards points servicer my bank uses. This must be a change because my bank just went through an acquisition. Prior to the acquisition, I had good experiences with the travel rewards. This company though....
I attempted to purchase plane tickets via Krish/AllSavingsTravel. There was no option to utilize my points, but I purchased the tickets anyway on 12/4/2024. On 12/5/2024, I was informed there was a schedule change. I attempted to accept the change, but the link said my purchase was not eligible for the change, and I was offered a refund. I accepted the refund and was informed it was processing on 12/6/2024. It has been 15 business days. I have spent hours on the phone with them. On 12/20/2024 I was told that I would have my refund in 24-48 business hours. I did not. I called today and was told they are still waiting to get the funds back from United Airlines and that it would be another 7 business days. This is not acceptable. It should not be on me to wait for them to get the money back, when they sent it to United within 48 hours. Their company should have to take on that burden, that's why you book accrued liabilities. I am owed $701.90 from this company.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I booked travel through my union app from last Ohio to London England and back. When our flight from London arrived at JFK, we were told that our connecting flight did not exist. American Airlines had no record of it. I was stuck at JFK with my 87 year old mother. I tried calling the agency and couldn’t get through their VRU. Luckily a really nice gate agent rebooked us and comped our hotel and transportation. Don’t go through this!

Purchased tickets to travel on 4-6-24 but we had a medical emergency to were a family member had to be hospitalized for almost 2 weeks. Called with in 48 hrs to inform all savings travel if the situation and that we needed to cancel or vacation because the person that ended being hospitalized was one of the passengers. We were told that we would be getting a refund due to the nature for the cancellation. Today is 9-2-24 and I am still waiting for them to due my refund. Please he agent is just retyping a script that was probably given to them as a way to put you at ease and say that they are working diligently on your claim and in the hopes that you forget about the refund and keep the money. I have spoken with the airline directly and they have repeatedly told me that when it is a medical emergency and you can provide them with the proper documentation to prove what you are saying is true they will always do a refund. I just got it the phone again with southwest and they are telling me that the funds were released back on 4-4-24. I am ready to take this company to court and sue the living day lights out of them. These guys are a bunch of thieves. Please everyone stay away from this so called travel agency. They should be calling them selves rip you off agency.

I booked a flight with them. American Airlines gave them a refund January 20. They keep giving me the runaround about where this refund is. They keep asking for additional business days. They received the money the day American Airlines released it to them. They think we’re stupid. I’m reporting this to my credit card company because this is fraud. I've called the company and once the guy answered he transferred me to Expedia and they have no booking on record Now they have me on hold with the music playing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My review still stands, this company is a scam. They act as if they want to help by replying to this review but still no help. After I finally got through they hung up on me twice when I asked for a refund.
