Was given accounts without access to email
Purchased x3 fresh csgo accounts only to find out there was no way I could log on to the email provided. Their support service said they would "sort this out for me and let me know". A month later, I decided to take care of the problem myself and had to contact steam saying I didn't have access to the emails and they changed it for me in less than 6 hours, way quicker than their support team. I'm starting to feel like their support service is 100% lazy and cannot help out their customers instantly - not a good way to handle a website
