Joke of a customer service team
I ordered a size 10. Confirmation showed size 10. Size 9 arrived. When speaking to customer service they weren’t very helpful telling me I ordered a size 9. Even when providing evidence of this they wouldn’t have it. Upon seeing the rest of the reviews I decided to gift the shoes to someone else as they don’t pay their refunds claiming it never arrived. Wouldn’t waste your time on this company 👍

Order process was simple. Discount codes available worked no bother. Delivery was expensive (£7) but it was super fast. Would definitely purchase from Allsole again.
