Avoid at all costs
Booked 9 months in advance, confirm over email that tickets were secured. Booked all the flights and hotels.
6 months later and only 2 months before the race got an email saying no tickets avaliable.
Complained and was met with rudeness and how it was bad for them as they had 1500 customers without their tickets so basically it was tough.
I went onto the F1 direct track site and there were plenty of tickets, even those in the stand I had originally booked, so booked and asked for a refund.
Did I get a full refund - no, they held €62 difference and stopped replying to my emails.
