Good products
There was a slight delay in receiving my order but this was well communicated. Good range of products. Ordered some football sleeves that were hard to find in other shops. My son is really pleased with them.

They got my name and address wrong on…
They got my name and address wrong on the label and I never received the parcel. They have repeatedly told me I got my name and address wrong ! There appears to be some issue with how their systems translated the correct Apple Pay data and got it wrong. Never shopping there again and telling all my sporting friends to avoid

Just on your point in relation to something going wrong with our systems. Our systems do not and would not manipulate or change anyone's address or they're name/surname for that matter. If this was the case then we would have major major issues to deal with on a daily basis and thankfully we don't. So this is 100% not the issue here and we do not and would not change or edit any name or delivery information that anyone would put on they're order detail to us. It just would not happen and we would have no reason for doing so. So we can rule that out straight away
We just entered the information that arrived in our inbox which i will copy here below (i will not put in the full address for obvious reasons but just the element you entered incorrectly) from your completed order as we got it. You even left out the "De" between you first name and second part of your surname and you unfortunately entered 47 instead of 4/7 Day St. And again to try and blame someone else for this is just pure ridiculous

We send orders to Australia each and every day and never have a problem with deliveries. So this is a first in a long long time for us to be very honest but we are doing what we can within the realms of what we can control to get this resolved for you and we have tried our very best for you
We offered you a gesture of goodwill, where we would have been happy to offer you a 50% discount on a replacement order. If you wanted to proceed with doing so. You declined this offer.
We did not even need to offer this goodwill gesture as we in effect have not done anything incorrectly here and we fulfilled an order correctly based on the information we were furnished with and sent it accordingly based on that information.
Appreciate your understanding on this and i truly hope that everyone reading this can see right through this as THIS WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE!!!

I have tried calling you 3-4 times since and also sent you an email to try and get this resolved for you.
To be transparent here. We supply the goods but do not manufactre them. If there is a product quality issue then we resolve it no problem for our customers but when they dont answer the phone or reply to emails it is almost impossible.

All I ordered was a couple of pairs of socks and a shirt. Took two weeks to process the order. Shipped using the longest lead time shipping method even though the shipping cost was almost 50% of my order cost. Still haven’t received my order yet.
