Waited over a month for my order no longer needed arrived too too late!
Send back for refund payed for post then they took £20 for restock.
Definitely do not recommend 😡

Lousy Customer Service
Receiving the order was no problem. Their return customer service is terrible. It took four days to get a shipping label. Email instructions said to take to FedEx. Label was for USPS. It has been seven days since they recent return in perfect condition, still no refund. Their Chat says you are being connected with a human, but it never happens. I will never order from them again.

I wish I had read the 1 star reviews! It’s taken 18 working days or over 3 weeks to get my order. I sent a 2 line email asking for an update and received a passive aggressive essay back. The top has a stain on it straight out of the bag & threads hanging off it. Extremely disappointed. I don’t recommend them and would advise ordering with a different company if you want your gear before the season ends for your sport & polite customer service.
