Amazing Service!!!

Amazing Service!!!

They are a family-owned business, as I found out later. What made me feel like I got 5-star treatment was how they treated me like we knew each other forever, like family. Too often, manufacturers' repair techs are very disconnected, unresponsive to questions, and even on the phone with someone while doing the work, instead of paying attention to what they are doing. These guys could not be further from that world if you tried. Alex, the person who came to my house, not only took the time to explain how my appliance worked and recommended some DIY solutions for the future, but he also answered questions about another appliance in detail at no extra cost.

Goes without saying that I was blown away by the quality of service and expertise!

Got my stamp of approval, hands down. 6-stars if you ask me! :D
