All Star Bounce NI is a family run business that provides Bouncy Castles & Inflatable equipment to Bangor, Belfast and Newtownards. Looking for affordable, safe, fully insured bouncy castles Combi Castles and Mega slides? Well look no further, we at All Star Bounce NI provide top quality water slides, Disco castles and inflatable equipment that you can't turn down. We started out in the inflatables business in mid 2012, running very successfully for many years. Our equipment caters for all ages, from toddlers to Adults. We try to meet the needs of customers as best we can by providing the most suitable equipment for each different event, from private garden hires to large summer fetes. We are always expanding our fleet of castles and slides throughout the year so please keep checking back to see our new stock. Why not check out our brand new waterslide for 2022. All of our equipment is tested with either an Rpii or PIPA test every year and all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. We take safety very seriously at All Star Bounce which is why we carry £5,000.000 public liability insurance for added protection. Quick response from this company. Sorted me out at short notice when was let down by someone else. Bouncy castle was reasonably priced and alot bigger than I anticipated lol. Kids loved it. Would defo recommend

Hired at the weekend for my sons 1st…

Hired at the weekend for my sons 1st birthday, from booking William couldn't have been more helpful arrived a day early, My kids loved it!! Even though it rained at the weekend we got great use out of it! Thanks so much will definitely book again! :)

Disappointing experience

Initially great customer service and very friendly staff who made me feel confident in my booking.

However, bouncy castle arrived 30mins late and soaking wet. Had to spend time drying off as much of the water as possible with towels before letting it air dry as water continued to seep through. It was 90mins before the kids at the party were able to use it. Highly disappointing for the young children who were dying to play, but it was too slippery and unsafe to do so.

Further, we had hired a hall at a community centre and when it was delivered, the staff member assured me that they would collect it between 5pm and 6pm. I had instructed them if there were any issues to contact me. However, I received word from the community at 8pm that the bouncy castle had not been collected and the centre was now locked. I contacted all star bounce, who stated that “we didn’t have time to collect it”.

The community centre advised that due to other bookings we would be charged for the room if the bouncy castle was not collected upon opening on Sunday. I advised all star bounce of this and asked that they contact me as soon as it was collected, still waiting for that, so I can only assume that it was done.

Terrible service, regret paying on delivery as all the hassle was not with the money we paid.

Would not recommend and will never use again

Highlight of the birthday party

Had my daughters 4th birthday party just at the weekend, such a great service, dropped off bouncy castle nice and early, kids and the bigger kids had the best time - we were renting a hall so needed an efficient pick up again, no issues at all, and the guys cleared up and away again in no time - high recommend!! Thank you!
