There's certainly nothing "weird" about it - it just luck of the draw. I would maybe suggest that if you feel you must win, no matter what you've spent, then maybe playing competition websites isn't for you. I agree it can be frustrating when you don't win but like i said earlier - not everyone can win!

I won a 1000 pound on instant win and got paid out within 24 hours even though it was a weekend. Won another p Louise gift set and set straight out to my house and wasn’t expecting such a big gift set! Massive thank you

Awful way to treat a new customer
I signed up to this competition website, placed a single order, and won £500. I filled in the claim form almost immediately but as I didn't hear anything after 24 hours I sent them a message on Facebook.
From here things got really weird. My account was blocked on the website and I was told this is because I was playing in a syndicate. I replied asking for clarification because I do not play with anyone else who was playing at the time and my message was ignored.
Despite inviting me to ask questions in their initial reply, the site has completely blanked me ever since. I have sent follow up messages on both facebook and via email but they have ignored the lot.
I'm still not sure what it is that I have done wrong, but I would strongly advise not playing here as the way they treat new customers is simply ridiculous.
