Using Jota’s Death to make profits
They are using Diogo Jota’s tragic death as a way to make more profits. Before the news broke of his passing, they were selling his signed shirt for £249, and is now £449!! Disgusting

Thank you for your feedback, though we’re genuinely disappointed by your comments and would like to offer some clarity for others reading this review.
To start, you originally purchased the Diogo Jota signed shirt at £249.99 unframed. You then requested a cancellation, followed by a request to keep it, and finally confirmed you wanted to cancel — which we processed immediately and refunded in full. At no point were you charged the higher price now referenced.
Your claim that we are “using Diogo Jota’s tragic death to make profits” is both inaccurate and unfair. In reality, the tragic passing of a player means no further signed items will ever be available, and the remaining stock becomes permanently finite. In these circumstances, prices may reflect the increased rarity — not profiteering.
The specific price increase you mentioned is also misleading. You purchased the unframed item at £249.99. The framed version at the time was £359.99. Once only framed items remained, the price was increased to £449 — a modest £90 rise (including 20% VAT ). This is still considerably below what others are now charging: £479, £579, £795, and beyond as well as other companies that were selling, and have subsequently sold in excess of £1,000
Scarcity always drives value in the collectibles world — whether it’s sports memorabilia or historical autographs. No one would expect to pay the same for a Winston Churchill or Beatles autograph today as they would have during their lifetimes. That doesn’t mean sellers are "cashing in".
We actually make more profit — and face less public scrutiny — when a player is alive and attending regular signings. The notion that this situation benefits us is a misconception.
You’re fully entitled to your opinion, but we feel your review presents an incomplete picture. We hope this explanation helps others better understand the reality of how this market works and that our pricing is consistent with industry norms — not opportunism.

The way you handle your work is brillant. From my order until i hold my parcel in my hands, it was really quick. From Manchester to Hannover in Germany in a few days, thats great.
The only thing, that was not so good...The frame, where the Jerseys put in, it has a view little Marks on it. At first you dont see it. But when you look closer, you see them well. A good experience I had trouble trying to get an account coming from jersey but one of your gentleman sorted it for . If I could just remember his name he was good .
