Trying to download car park app, and this so called company hijacked our card details, contacted them to cancel.....what a surprise....no reply! Took the £24.99, we cancelled the card and they had the cheek to e mail to say they were sorry we were leaving!!!

Complete scam, do not have anything to do with this company!

This is an Out and Out SCAM. Because of these scam artists I had to change my credit cards. What they do is "piggyback" on other companies "free 7 day trial"
They give you the impression that you are just verifying age etc. They then hit your account. They even had the unmitigated gaul to send an email thanking me for cancelling after my bank got involved. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED. I am now going to dedicate some time to putting these people out of business.

This is fraud - have no involvement with - I was trying to download a ringo app - the number is based in croatia - i have had to cancel my debit card - did straight away - I have cancelled subscription and reported this to Fraud - FRAUDSTERS - read other reviews

Like many others I needed to paybyphone at a car park. Not having the app I googled paybyphone and without noticing went straight to alltainment. I entered my credit card details and then was told I had 5 days free then be charged 24.99 per month. I am trying to stop this before first payment is made. No response from their so called customer services.

Can't believe I fell foul to this scam - simialr to other reports, this is a service often attached to another legitimate login - in my case was Ticketmaster (who are great). Foolishly filled in my details and then received a confirmation email. As was out of hours, I immediately emailed them to cancel my unwanted & "no-strings attached subscription" to which I received an aytomatic acknowledgement advising I would be contacted within 1 business day. Needles to say I heard nothing - 8 days later I see £24.99 taken from my account. I emailed again, called many times, leaving the number I want them to call me back on to resolve. Nothing. So, called the bank have stopped any further payments going out & placed a disputed payment notice on this. They'll have 60 days to contest - I suspect they won't. Scammers.

Trying to pay for dropping off my daughter at Gatwick and I find myself in this mess. How on earth did this nonsense happen? I have not been able to pay for the parking either, despite spending hours on my phone trying to. This is terrible, and not good use of time at all.

I was downloading AVG and this crowd highjacked me and are trying to take a monthly subscription. Who are they.

What a scam, be careful, they high jack your time and then your money just as people have described. What is the world coming too! I managed to cancel my card before they took any money. Oh and when I emailed them, they don't appear to exist.

Was downloading a guitar tone generator, when ALLTAINMENT hijacked the proceedings, have had to cancel my bank card ( I don't have any others, and I'm so glad I was over my O/draft limit at the time)
Unless you can afford to give away 25 shoves a month for sweet F.Adams, don't put your details in for a 5 day free trial 'guitar tone generator'

Fraudulent sneaky scammers. I was paying for parking trying to download ringo app and this ad popped up. Tried to get rid of it but they somehow managed to debit my card and I had to cancel it. They then had the cheek to send an email saying sorry you’re leaving us. I’m at a loss how they got my details. Very worrying!

Absolute SCAM
Was using a Legit app when I was asked for details . It wasn’t till it said 5 days free membership that I caught on 1 was SCAMMED. It was them too late they had my details.
Contact your Credit Card Company ASAP, report it , get your card stopped and a new one issued. Better than more monies coming out of your account.
Just would have to happen on the first day of my holidays. Nightmare 🙈🙈

As all above. They tried to charge me £24.99. Luckily my bank identified this transaction as suspicious and declined it.

Scammed when applying for a train line refund. Had to cancel card. Very cross these apps allow these rogue sites in.

This is a scam. Tried to pay for car parking through ringgo and this came up but with the ringgo name and motif. I entered my credit card details as I had done for the other app paybyphone and thought it was legitimate. Only when I saw the £24,99 a month did it ring warning bells. I still thought it was legitimate but when I saw I could not unsubscribe I realised it wasn't and so like others I have had to cancel my card. Hopefully in time.

Well looks like the same has happened to me. Downloading what thought was a parking app I’ve been scammed into a £24.99 subscription but thankfully had given my Debenhams card details and they blocked it immediately and notified me. Thank goodness

A scam. Only found out by querying an unrecognised deduction from my wife's credit card account.

THIS IS A SCAM.
I bought Ryanair flight tickets last night through lastminute.com.
When it came to pay an alltainment form must have popped up. I filled in my card details. It was only when it kept asking if I wanted my security code saved did I smell a rat. Even though I left the site, I got a welcome to their site email today. I have, of course, cancelled my credit card and they will not be taking any money from me.

Like most people here, I was downloading a legitimate App and fell foul of this scam! I'm angry at myself as I'm normally pretty scam savvy!
The companies who Alltainment are 'piggy backing' on should also take action. They may have more success than us mere mortals!
Contact you credit card company ASAP.

Same old story. My wife was tricked into the subscription (now appears to be £32 a month) when downloading a parking app. To add insult to injury it turns out she didn't pay for parking either. Let's hope its not an anpr site! also worth checking their privacy policy, they keep details for up to 3 years after you unsubscribe.
