Sean, Dave Schroll, and Kevin are truly amazing. We had record breaking temperatures and the furnace stopped working. Sean (in the office), made sure that we would have someone at our door as soon as possible. Within a very short time we had heat. Dave called several times to make sure that we were alright. Kevin is an amazing technician, he and Dave can fix any problem you have. With the worst cold we have ever experienced they were there for us.
We can deal with any furnace/AC firm. The reason we have used Al Temp for so many years is their great people and first class product.

Neat,fast and efficent

Alltemp came in and replaced my old oil furnace and ac unit with a new HVAC system. They installed everything very quickly and efficiently. What could have taken a couple days only took about 6 or 7 hours to do. They also measured and installed vent covers for us where we needed them. They even showed us how to use the thermostat on our phones through wifi!

Thanks for the quick response to my AC problem. Even though it was more severe than I was hoping, Eric, Mark and his helper were polite, concerned and courteous in replacing my outdoor unit and solving some other issues which probably caused it's premature failure.

They were very experienced and on time. They did a great job.

From the initial point of contact with Michele to schedule an estimate for a new heating and cooling system, to Dale performing and discussing and explaining the estimate in detail to me, to Mike and his team completing the installation, to the follow-up after the installation with Dale and then Jeff, it was without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had.

Every member of the team was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, skilled and extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Our biggest fear was mastering the new digital thermastatic system and thanks to Dale and Mike we feel very comfortable operating it.

It is also very reassuring to know that Alltemp is just a phone call away and very willing to answer any of our questions or accommodate any additional service requests which may arise.

My husband and I would readily recommend Alltemp and know that we made the right choice when we selected them. Thank you to the entire Alltemp team for a terrific customer service exoerience!
