They lecture you when you cancel an order.
I made a pre-order which I eventually had to cancel due to the fact that I was gifted the very same item on preorder. When I communicated this over, I was given an emphatic lecture on how they are a local business only, and cancellations like these means they incur a £3.12 loss. Please, spare me. Regardless of if you're a local business or a conglomerate. Going into business has its risk, and obviously as a retailer, returns and cancellations are part of it. Guilt tripping your customers is not doing you any favors.
In response to the July 2025, three years after response. As in 3 years after. Lol. Nah, I'm no expert. It's just common sense. Don't berate your customers just to say they got their refund anyway. Must be a new community manager. And still new! Lol!

A really great little store
A really great little store, I have visited several times during visits to the New Forest. Great source of Star Wars merch, with a good range of old and new. Really friendly service and very efficient and reliable online experience. A proper hidden gem.

Great service, great clothes

This is something we are very proud of as we not only reduce the carbon footprint of ourselves, but we reduce that of many other local business by reusing all their cardboard, paper and packing material too. If that is not to your liking, that's ok and completely fine, but this ethic has been widely recognised as a very positive and proactive approach by customers, local authorities, businesses and within the toy industry alike, so we'll carry on doing what we can, where we can to make the world a better place :)

The product you ordered is clearly listed and marked as a pre-order, in both title and product description, meaning it is reserving in advance of the stock being received, which we are waiting on Hasbro to deliver. At the point of receiving, all items are dispatched within a 24 hour period and sent out via Royal Mail. A dispatch email is sent to the customer at this point with their tracking number to let them know it is on the way. All our shipping options use Royal Mail and all have tracking services to allow both us and customers the ability to track the progress of the journey.

Was cautious as I don't normally buy from smaller retailers but they had stock, good prices, my product arrived quickly, well packaged and via recorded delivery. Was possible to track easily via the Shop app too.
