The only issue is that when I checked my order status the site tells me I don't have an order at the moment which is a bit disconcerting, it would also be good to get an email to say the order has been processed

Excellent company
Excellent company, I ordered in the afternoon and had my parcel the next day. They were extremely reactive in their replies (I got concerned when my parcel was marked as delivered, turns out they had updated the status when it was put on delivery, and in the hour after I sent my email they replied with the link to track the parcel). Their prices are a bit lower than similar websites for the objects I was ordering.
