Been buying off them for years never had any issues really good quality protectors

Please do not buy their PS4 Game protectors, they are using Blu-Ray protectors as PS4 Protectors. As we all know, there is a difference in the sizes. Ps4 case is 170 x 135 x 15 mm, the Blu-Ray case is 135 mm wide, 171.5 mm high, and 13 mm. Please avoid these people, they will also make you pay for sending the item back. They have been made aware of this but say they stand by the difference in sizes.

Speciality Funko Pop protectors. Pricey, but they are produced in small quantities for a niche market. I bought 3 unique sizes to protect my Funko collection. Website was clear that 1 protector was in production and full order will wait till in stock. Delay was minimal and delivered in very secure packaging. I would recommend to all Funko Pop collectors. Thicker plastic than standard Funko protectors. Website isn’t the easiest to navigate, but if you click through all the options you will find your size/s based upon the attached photos.

Funko Pop Protectors

This review is based solely on their standard sized pop protectors. They are genuinely awful, every single one snaps the brittle plastic when setting them up. If you want to protect your pops go Titanshield, true premium protection

My order was left outside my house when delivered and when I got home it was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the delivery service who told me to contact the retailer. I contacted atv and they simply said "I can confirm your order was delivered". Which was absolutely no help in locating my order or receiving a refund/ replacement. I have now had contact from atv informing me they well open an investigation into my missing parcel. Will update once it had been resolved.

The protectors themselves are the best I have purchased and they have a great variety to cover unusual sized items.
Postage was fast and the items well packaged.
I did have an issue and this was resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
I suspect there will be many orders to follow from me.

This is a review about products and delivery as i buy from this shop via ebay.

Items arrived undamaged and will buy again as soon as they restock with the ones i want.

Bought items from website directly now, customer service and products just as good,

Also sent questons to them online, the responses are polite, quick and informative which i appreciate.

The only quibble is they never seem to have enough stock, but patience is a virtue i suppose

I have ordered from ATV several times and I can honestly say I'll keep going back.

Their prices are fair compared to, or even cheaper than, other retailers. I have always recieved my orders within a resonable time and the one instance there was an issue (wrong quantity sent) ATV were reponsive to my query and sent out a replacement order without any quibble.

They also have a points based rewards system which not all online retailers have. It's always nice to get a discount for loyalty.

I ordered some funko pop protectors and the delivery company left the parcel outside i never received my item i contacted atv and they were very unhelpful still don't have a replacement or refund as they have tracking information they will probably get away with it so they have literally robbed me in broad daylight very bad company

Cancelled my order because the took too many preorders.

Placed an order in late January, well aware it would be early February before the order shipped. When the expected shipping day arrived they cancelled and refunded my order because they had oversold their delivery.

No option to wait longer, no open to fill part of my order and refund the rest, just an overwhelming sense that my business is not welcome.

I imagine the split my large order into small orders to maximize profits.

Poor service and communication.

I was very happy with all things vinyl i had bought over 500 different covers and cases off them until now .. i ordered a few vynl cases and some pop cases for me and my son . sadly our order was short only by 5 but i contacted them to be told .... please check as the weight is correct when posting .. so may be stuck together now are they insulting me like i'm not checking? it you order 10 cuz you need 10 and run out when you get to 5 what is there to check... put it this way that was my last order i will place.................
