Good customer service

I’m not sure how I became a member of Alltime2Play, as it wasn’t a conscious decision on my part. However, since informing them that I did not wish to continue with the membership, I’ve received good customer service and prompt responses.

Transaction was made on Monday 26th after stating I didn't signed to any membership and to cancel all transactions my was still taking out.
I have attached a screenshot of the transaction to the email.
