Late delivery but extremely satisfied with the quality of the fabric purchased
Update to my recent review. The fabric arrived. I am extremely satisfied with the fabric and therefore will amend this review on the satisfaction of the fabric and not the delivery time frame.
I ordered my fabric over a week ago and it has still not been packed for delivery I have sent many emails and no one is responding to them. Very frustrating

Fabric arrived with holes in the centre and stain marks across the width. Impossible to use. Quality not as described. Several messages to Service Centre unanswered. No response. Prices might be lower but you receive poor quality and no service.

Wonderful fabrics, but problems with order sending
The fabrics in this shop are wonderful - the patterns, the quality, really exceptional. I have ordered from them 3 times now and unfortunately every single time I have had to send multiple emails and reminders asking to actually send my order. This is really frustrating… Really a pity. The order is sent in the end, but it requires a lot of patience and tenacity.
