I recently had an issue that required assistance, and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service team. From the moment I reached out, they were professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to understand my problem and provided a clear and effective solution in a timely manner.

The service provided by Emily is highly appreciated as it came from her professionalism, it was not requested "as a warning" if I may say like that. She gave a lot of details to make sure the situation calms down and it will be solved.

I've been blackmailed by support for a few days now to write a positive review because otherwise I won't get my money back. Apparently the process requires this. I can only warn against these scammers!

Great customer service.

I responded to an instagram ad re low cost scents and made a payment of £36.11. My bank statement also showed a payment of £2 a few days earlier. When nothing arrived, and no confirmation email was sent, I logged on to AllTopScents website and had a web-chat via Posi. I was told I had subscribed to a program which I was not aware of, so I asked to cancel my membership and have a full refund. I was assured this would happen. I feel the company has not been transparent about their service and implications for customer,, tough they have been happy to refund without quibble.

My issue was addressed and im very happy with your customer service. Thank you to the escalation team for the prompt response. Keep up the good work👍
