A delivery went to the wrong address
A delivery went to the wrong address. After that it was stuck in Germany for mor than a week. Nobody reached out to me and my calls to the service center didn't change anything. Never again at alltricks.

No Customer Service or support
The ordering and delivery are great the problem is when you want a refund.
Purchased a MTB helmet arrived as described in good time but it didn’t fit, contacted Alltricks they told me to return the helmet for a refund.
I returned the helmet as instructed (at a cost of £21) track and trace, they received the helmet on the 22nd July 25 and today 4th Aug 25 still no refund.
No response till PayPal got involved, Alltricks messaged me on the 1st Aug 25 saying I have a refund and they will be in touch, nothing.
They have the helmet and my money and at this point no way of getting my refund, it seems PayPal doesn’t support you for refunds.
There customer care is none existent I wouldn’t go near them again

No control over delivery
Does not meet promised delivery date. Lacks control over delivery. Support registers issues but does not resolve them. Unfortunately one of my worst experiences. There are much better and more functional online sites to buy from.
