What a poor experience
What a poor experience, I've been getting Botox done for 19 years and never had to pay for a top up if I still had wrinkles after 2 weeks due to the injector not putting enough product. Paid £170 for 2 areas and was charged £40 for a top up. I usually go to the famous Dr Somji in Essex (DR Medispa) and even he does a top up for free. Thought I'll come a bit closer to home as I live in Farnham. Rhian is rude and her ''success'' has definitely gone to her head. I would have been a loyal customer but if YOU don't put enough product in to start with - you can't charge me for a top up. What a rip off! I was going to recommend your services to all my friends, however will not be doing so...
She does not work over weekends, you can't change your appointment after you have paid the deposit (even if 2 weeks in advance), place is difficult to find. 100 Pages of documents to complete when you get there, dark cold room with no ambiance. Made to feel that you have wasted her time to get out of bed. No card machine, must pay by bank transfer. One eyebrow is higher than the other, and I still have a frown between my eyebrows and on top of my brows. No flexibility on time, was told I MUST come the next Moring at 8:45 (this is after 2 weeks). I work full time and this time did not work for me.
In a nutshell, go somewhere else where you will feel valued as a customer and where they provide a level of flexibility. Allure Aesthetics is NOT on par with top injectors in London - who DO provide FREE top up's if you still have wrinkles after 2 weeks. But they sure act like it.
