Everything was fantastic- Warren came and measured for a roller blind, helped me understand options and fitted a replacement, all with friendliness, care, quality and speed. I'll definitely be using Allure Blinds again.

The people that own and work at Allure are so friendly and helpful. Absolute specialists in what they do and nothing is too much hassle. I’ve used them a couple of times now with no dramas and when comparing quotes to other places they are always significantly cheaper. Writing this post as they helped me out on Friday 22nd December, avoiding me having no curtains or blinds in my house for Christmas!

Excellent service from start to finish! I wanted to replace 3 blinds (office, bedroom and kitchen) and get new blinds for the velux and lounge. Initial contact was a call to their saleroom and it was easy to arrange a visit to my home. Wayne was brilliant, he knew what I needed and we built a great rapport. He gave me a guide price right there and then so I had some idea of how much to budget. I followed this up with a visit to the saleroom (very easy to find, but appointment is recommended) where I got to see the different types of blinds and shutters on offer. This helped me to decide what style of blinds I wanted, and I placed the order and paid the deposit at the same time. Just a few weeks later the blinds were ready to be installed. There were a few hiccups over the installation date (mostly my fault) but we finally agreed a date and the blinds were installed to my complete satisfaction. It was a very positive experience and I will be back soon for one last item.

Recently Allure Blinds installed shutters on three of my windows and I'm very impressed with the work. From the get-go and initial measurement right down to the install the team were reliable, professional and friendly. The finished product is better than I could have hoped for. I'd really recommend Allure and they'll be my go-to if I want any more blinds or shutters.

Superb experience having commissioned Allure to measure and fit shutters, blinds and curtains to my new build property. Very helpful staff made everything easy from the moment I walked into the Chertsey showroom, Wayne explained all and guided me when choosing the type of shutters, curtains and blinds most suitable for my needs. All arrived in the timescale indicated. Warren the Fitter was excellent, his measurements were spot on and on the day of fitting all went smoothly with Wayne helping to make sure all was completed in one day. The result is outstanding and I am so pleased I came across such a great, reliable business.
