'Jumper' took two months to arrive. It's nothing like the image. The knitted pattern is printed on to a cheap thin flimsy material.
We have emailed to request return approval several times and had no reply and have also contacted on their website.
If we do get approval mind, it has to be sent tracked back to China so that is going to cost and I'm not confident we'll get our money back.

I would give zero anything to this disgusting company I also ordered what I thought was a North face Jacket and 3 weeks later it turns up but some cheap rubbish from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I am not trying to get a refund from my bank because guess what they won't communicate after you try and say its not what you ordered and refund.

Like other reviews, I also purchased a North Face jacket and it was far from that. No logo, wrong colour, cheapest material, just horrendous. Have been emailing to get a returns address and get no reply.

VILE SCAMMERS
Sub standard products received from China. Their email address is not valid and when you try to login the code they send is invalid.
Will try to give them all the publicity they deserve…

I ordered a coat that should have been NorthFace, arrived after 3 weeks of order with no logo or anything on the coat and it looks nothing like the coat. I think this will be a lesson learnt because it’s highly unlikely I’ll be able to return it or get a refund. I should have looked on here first tbh. They don’t deserve 1 star.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from, I made an order for a jacket and when the item arrived it was nothing like what was in the picture, I’ve spent two days trying to return the item with no response no contact number either.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order for a jumper, it's not turned up, i have contacted customer services several times and nothing, this company are awful, please avoid them.
