Placed an order for a game collection…
Placed an order for a game collection that was listed as on-sale, no indication anywhere on the listing at time of purchase or now about any delays in sending keys. The order was listed as 'completed' but the activation is not there. I've refreshed the order page several times and can see all the other details of the 'completed' order but there is still no activation key.
I reached out to their discord ticket system since it was said to be a 'faster' service. After waiting several hours with no response or any indication that anyone had even seen that ticket, I also submitted an email ticket with similar success. At this point I simply want a refund for this. I cannot recommend this site after this experience.

Long Key Turnaround
Waited 4 days to receive game key that was paid for. After not receiving key, I reached out for a refund, which was promptly processed. Would be 1 star, but customer service was good. Will not be using AllYouPlay again.

Good first purchasing experience
The price was good, the purchasing process was simple, and the key was delivered immediately.
I would, however, recommend adding better search filters and sorting options to the web site. Finding good deals is tedious, if they aren't among the featured items.

My key took several days to appear in my account. When I contacted support they simply said my bank account was the issue even though the money had already been received on their end.
