Do not buy from the store. They scam people.

I’ve ordered several sabers from them in the past but my order placed over a month ago is completely dead in the water. Not a word about the status of my order and no signs of life from support after multiple emails and social media dm’s. This company is akin to a band of highway robbers from an old western. I’m now $300 down and saberless. I can only hope legal action is taken by others like me so we can get our money back.

I've bought a lightsaber through the Allysabers website now nearly a month ago and I didn't receive any single piece of information relatively to my order...

No real package tracking, they don't answer to e-mails and after a month (and six e-mails) I didn't receive any sign of life from their part. But the money left my bank account.

Even if I could read some nice reviews on the internet, I just feel scammed and a bit lost right now. I hope to receive something anytime soon, and if I do so I would happily change my bad rating !

Attention,!!! these are scammers who rip people off, steal money, you buy from their store, the goods do not arrive, no contact!!!!

This Ally Sabers store is an absolute joke! I got and opened my Dark | Saber and the carrying case is absolutely trashed! 1. The first letter “L” in the ALLY logo on the carrying case lid has a big chunk of it missing. 2. There are dents, scratches and stains all over the case. 3. The cases inside foam compartments/separators all came completely unglued and serve no purpose in protecting the saber and its components. 4. The blade I received is completely different than the one I ordered and that is shown on their website and that I have seen in the review videos for this exact same Ally Dark | Saber. The blade they sent me does not correctly line up with the hilt or its 4 little show through light up windows on either side of the emitter and nowhere near how it is clearly shown on their website. This does not look right, by any means. Not to mention that the LEDs are ratting around horribly inside the blade! And again, there is a gross difference between what I received and what I actually saw, purchased and excepted to get when I ordered it on their website. The blade I received is almost a half inch off and lower than the blade pictured on their website which is ridiculous and looks ridiculous when installed in the hilt! 5. The famous turquoise handle allen wrench that I’ve seen included in the review videos is missing as well. The hilt seems to be ok and I can live with it, but the blade and carrying case are absolutely unacceptable! The shipping box is undamaged and in great shape, so all of the stated carrying case damage clearly happened to the case before shipping. I was also under the impression that this saber would’ve been shipped from here within the USA, which it was NOT and it took forever to arrive!

I have sent (what they are falsely calling) their customer service/support team (16) emails containing very detailed descriptions of the damaged carrying case and blade problems along with a ton of pictures and even a VIDEO of the LEDs rattling around horribly inside of the incorrect blade I received and they only replied with (2) emails and those (2) replies were to my questions asking where my tracking number was and why it was taking so long to ship my defectively equipped $333 Dark | Saber. Buyers beware and stay clear of these rip off artists who should really be embarrassed and ashamed of the way they are conducting what they are pitifully calling a business!

PS: If I could leave a – MINUS - (5) STARS rating, I most certainly would!

Got a bunch of sabers off these guys top quality highly recommend.

my saber came with a 12 volt power port instead of an usb-c port make me very upset even tho i have contacted the custoner service a couple times but they have ignored my problems
