My mum handed in a treasured bracelet for a clean and a quote to replace a broken clasp. She spoke to a lovely lady named ShyAnne. The service she received was excellent. Whilst cleaning the bracelet the clasp was repaired as all the dirt and grime had been removed. She received a phone call advising of this. Mum was over the moon.
