trying to drink this once a day - I have to add sweetener to it and sometimes flavoring.

I have been using Almased for several years and have a serving for breakfast every morning. It helps me maintain a very stable weight and is part of my diet that focuses on nutrient rich, unprocessed foods, few carbs and few dairy products. Almased is low glycemic, high protein and nutrient rich - just what I’m looking for as the basis for an overall healthier approach to eating.

I am hypothyroid and this product has really helped me feel content and full if I skip a meal

It's a very healthy diet for diabetics, very fulfilling. I just wish the price could be a little cheaper or the amount in the cans could be larger.

I liked it but finding the price increase a bit much.

In a world so fast paced I do a shake for breakfast around 8am and then one for lunch I’m very busy and can not take time to eat so a shake is the best option. I can even drink it while working as a Customer Service Rep

I lost 20 pounds 3 years ago and since than I reach for Almased when my weight is starting to go up. It seems that it should be hard to go thru a week being just on Almased. However I found out that actually it's not, it feels invigorating, and it frees you from food cravings, I started to have more energy and felt powerful during the first week as well as during following weeks. I was losing weight easily and fast. Also, after returning to normal eating, you really don't gain weight. I returned to my normal eating habits and did not gain weight for a year. I know that if I would incorporate more control over my food choices I would never gain weight again. I never gained all the weight back, but I gained a few pounds. So now I reach for Almased again when I am feeling that I am starting to gaining weight again and have a day of Almased or I go thru another Almased diet. I have tendency to gain weight probably because I have hypothyroidism. I believe that Almased is good for me. It's worth an effort to try, and to follow directions exactly. It works like magic. I believe it is good for you to go on Almased diet every once in a while. Almased it's for life.

I haven't drank any of their products. It looks promising. In most reviews customers like it. I'm still searching for the packets and the free shaker which comes with it.

First time trying Almased. Your body has to get used to lack of regular food. It takes determination to stick with the program but results begin to motivate as the pounds start falling off. Water is key!

It is a great nourishing drink for breakfast when you add flax meal, some olive oil and sliced banana, you don’t need to be going on a diet to drink this delicious liquid 3 times a day.

I was on the all liquid for 5 days. Start eating my one meal & 2 drinks a day for 7 days & have gained 3 lbs. ??????????

Love it. I've been on practically every diet imaginable,but Almased really works for me. Not only is it great for me being a diabetic, but it really curbs hunger well.

Enjoyed the taste of this product, and am a stone lighter, having used two shakes a day for a few months now. Thank you.

Wonderful product. I feel healthy and energetic when I drink it. My nails are stronger. I feel optimistic. I can use it as a meal replacement and I feel nourished and never like I’m starving.

I love Almased. It honestly curbs my hunger, I actually feel better and I've lost weight. I drink one every morning to give myself alittle extra boost/energy. I drink one for lunch too, have a light supper. There are so many different ways to fix it, I'm never bored. It's a refreshing, cool drink. I always have a canister on hand, just can't run out. My favorite is to add strawberry flavoring, ice cubes, drop of olive oil and blend. However vanilla, blueberry flavor, grape flavor,etc -they're all good. I sleep better, I feel a lot healthier, no up and down moods anymore, just feel great!
