Bad Business
I purchased a dress for my daughter for an upcoming wedding. The dress we received was not what we hoped for, the sizing was off and it was not flattering. The one star is for the return policy. I initiated a return request and received 2 options - First option for a store credit and second option, 15% refund and we could keep the dress. I responded that we did not wish to keep the dress. I was then offered a 20% refund on the dress and we could keep the dress. I sent another response requesting a full refund, we would not be using the dress. Third response from Almond muse; the dress was on the designer collection reduced pricing therefore only a store refund could be granted.
What happened to the offers of 15% then 20% refund? Bad business. First and last time using Almond Muse

My experience with the return process was extremely disappointing. The company advertises a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, but when I requested a return, I was only offered store credit instead of a refund.
In my opinion, the advertising is misleading because "money back" means customers will receive a refund, not store credit.
Based on my experience, I will never shop here again, Horrible horrible experience.

Horrible Company
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent nearly $400 CAD on multiple dresses after seeing the website advertise a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” and state that it offers a refund or exchange within 30 days. It was only after thoroughly searching the website that I discovered, at the very bottom of the Return Policy, that promotional items are only eligible for store credit. This was not clearly communicated during the purchasing process.
The quality of the dresses was also far below my expectations. The material felt cheap, the sizing was inconsistent, and the products did not match what was represented online.
Customer service was equally disappointing. Rather than addressing my concerns about the quality of the products and the misleading messaging on the website, I repeatedly received the same generic response quoting the return policy. I was even promised a further review within 24–48 hours, but no follow-up was provided until I contacted them again.
I have since filed a dispute with my credit card provider and submitted complaints to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to carefully read every part of the return policy before purchasing.

I am extremely disappointed with Almond Muse. I am trying to return 3 dresses within the 30-day window, but the customer support is intentionally ignoring my emails and delaying the process. They offered me store credit, which I rejected, and since I demanded a full refund, they stopped responding completely (it has been more than 48 hours).
My package tracking number is EF963734152SK. I demand a response and the return instructions immediately, otherwise I will resolve this through a bank chargeback.

I ordered a dress from Almond Muse…
I ordered a dress from Almond Muse because the pictures on the website looked elegant and high quality. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, the quality was much lower than expected and, in my opinion, comparable to much cheaper fast-fashion products. The size XS was also too large for me, and the dress did not flatter my figure as shown on the website. To make matters worse, the zipper ripped the very first time I tried the dress on, which further reinforced my concerns about the quality.
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that because the item was marked as "sale", I could only receive store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method. What concerns me is that almost all items on their website appear to be discounted, which makes this policy very frustrating for customers.
The customer service was polite, but my actual concern was not really addressed. I recommend other customers carefully reading the return policy before purchasing, especially regarding sale items. I personally would not order again.

My order came a month late so I couldn't even wear it to my event then they tried to refuse my return to my original payment method. Then they agreed to refund me and after I sent the item back (I had to pay for the return shipping). They then refused to send the refund back to my original payment method and say they would only give me store credit so now I have to go through my bank. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
