DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
I ordered a perfume in December and got no tracking information. After 6 weeks I initiated a fraud transaction with my bank account, where my bank refunded me
Now 4 months later they have compromised my banking details and taken money form my account.
I should have known with a dodgy address and hotmail email.- it a scamming site!

Never got the item that was placed on 15th November!

They are a scam, dont respond to emails or phone, do not order just report them to shopify

Further to my last review, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank - and they have the audacity to challenge my claim - despite the fact its is now a month since I ordered, still no communication, no dispatch, no tracking and no items! Absolute con artists.

I have ordered a perfume a month ago, and get nothing from them.
I emailed twice and they haven't replied to me yet.

Will not respond to emails, does not fulfil order. Store should be shut down.

Made a purchase on October 17th, it’s now November 3rd. Express shipping. Items have not shipped. No communication from site following numerous emails to the site.
Having to raise dispute with my bank. Honestly, go somewhere else.

Cannot get a reply from email or phone call wish l had read the reviews before ordering l think it’s a one man business waste of time express delivery absolute joke!

Purchased item told delivery would be made in 10days. Also told I would be updated and given tracking details when posted. 3 days before due "date" I emailed asking if any update on delivery and tracking. Still no reply. Luckily I purchased via PayPal, I raised a claim and was refunded immediately, seems there is an issue with this company!

Item not dispatched, seller does not respond to emails or phone calls. Have raised a chargeback with card payment provider to obtain a refund.

Order not fulfilled. Tracking number created but never posted. Did not reply to email, phone number is not answered. I filed a chargeback with my bank one month later. Worst e-commerce experience I have ever had. Absolutely do not trust this website with your money.

After placing the order for a few perfumes which seemed reasonably priced the seller posted a fictitious Royal Mail tracking number which to this day says RM are still expecting the package. It’s been over a month and despite several emails and trying to call the registered number, I got no answer. As my order was large I visited the registered address expecting to see a retail outlet but it was a residential address to which I rang the bell multiple times but no one answered, despite a lady looking out of the upstairs window. Definitely a scammer who has no intention of fulfilling the order. I have since put a claim in with my bank as I paid by credit card. It will take time to get my money back but thought to leave this review to help other fellow shoppers avoid this horrible experience. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.

I ordered five bottles from this company, shortly after I got in contact to attempt to cancel my order, no reply and 5 says later it was dispatched. Fair enough, then two of the five bottles were damaged, liquid Brun and fierte. I emailed to inform them of the damage. No response.
So yeah, I got the order, but their customer service is literally none existent.
