I should have read this first but the spelling is different but same poor non-existent service. It is actually Allina Store so don't get sucked in. Paid the money no dress just scammed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! They have scammed me out of €900 for a dress I purchased from them. The dress was TRASHHHH! The cheapest fabric, things falling off the dress everywhere. The dress had sleeves that were poorly constructed, had holes in the netting. There was unfinished fabric everywhere, nothing overlocked, threads hanging everywhere and beads falling off. It was a total disaster. They have a No Return Policy for International sales which prevented me from getting even help from my Credit Card. All that money down the drain, wasted. That's why they say no Returns as they know no customer who purchase from them would ever want to keep the item. So they us any old crap and we get stuck with it. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Do not order from this company, Alnila! I have been sending messages for the past week trying to get an address so I can return an item. Their customer service will not provide. The item I ordered is cheap poor quality, so thin that you can see my skin and underwear through the pants. I sent pictures showing this and requesting for a refund because I can not wear this item due to the poor quality. They keep messaging me back with a reply to keep it and not forwarding a return address. This has been a horrible experience and I strongly recommend to not order from this company.

I stupidly read the reviews and thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt. My dress looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful dress on their website. The material is absolutely rubbish. My dress looks more like a painting smock!! When trying to get my money back I was told that they only return clothes with stains or holes in them. Believe me, this would have looked better with holes in it than what I received.

Disgusted that these people take others hard working money and deliver appalling items!

TERRIBLE! Do not purchase anything from Alnila. The clothes look beautiful online yet the minute you open the package you realise you have been scammed. The cheapest nylon material with no cotton in sight. What a rip off. I have now read genuine reviews rather than the fake ones posted and realise if I try to return these goods I will be given the run around. Not happy. I'd like to think they will see this review and try to rectify the situation ..... I am after all an optimist! :)

Horrible! The dresses I got were made of the same "parachute" material that the other reviewer said. Was supposed to be a cotton blend! They look foolish, like a bad Halloween costume! They will not respond to my emails.

This is the worst company to deal with. They basically sent me bunch of bad quality clothes, all of them have extreme alteration and sizing issues. They don't return my money back or give me a return label to return these clothes.
All the reviews under their clothes are fake. Now that I purchased five dresses, I'm not able to write any reviews.
They just put nice pictures and deceive innocent naive people.
I wish I was googling the company before ordering.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I bought three dresses from them, one has sleeves that are too small to put a normal persons arms in, they respond that this is not a manufacturers defect. I guess I should’ve cut a hole in the garment and then they may have considered taking it back. THEY ADVERTISE THEIR DRESSES AS A COTTON BLEND, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE COTTON IS! THE DRESSES LOOK GREAT ONLINE, BUT NOTHING LIKE THEIR PICTURES WHEN YOU GET THEM! Do not buy from them!!!

BUYER BEWARE: know that you're dealing with a non-US entity and they DO NOT under any circumstances provide a way to return a purchased item. I had to get my credit card company involved when the dress that I bought turned out to be nothing more than thin parachute-like material. False advertising. If you correspond with them, they will give you the run-around over and over and over. Nightmare!!

I bought a dress from this company a few days ago, it arrived in decent time and in good shape. Recommend!!!
