Diabolical service

Don't be fooled by the nice design or 'friendly' service. Once this company has your money, they won't do much once problems arise. I don't mind that the Brighton branch made mistakes – from measuring wrong to sending incorrect and broken units – it's the fact that their communication and proactivity to get anything sorted is so awful. Even after sending a complaint to head office as well as the branch five days ago, there has been no response. Diabolical.

Full of promises. No delivery

Reluctantly bought £60k Alno Kitchen via Halcyon Interiors Dec 2013 following kitchen fire (old Kitchen Alno. Insurance co demanded same again). Promised 8-10 week delivery, super customer service etc. Reality: dated design process, delayed installation, catalogue of errors, omissions, excuses and utter disregard for us - customer. Installation started late, wrong items ordered, some missing leaving gaps in wall, work top didn't fit....... Dinner party for 40 people without water way past promised completion date, 15-20 more issues. Installation finally completed after 4 months not 8-10 weeks following 8-9 additional visits to our house requiring time off work every time, endless phone calls and emails of complaints. Subsequent complaints to bosses of Alno UK and Halcyon Interiors completely ignored. Not 1 reply. Utter disregard for the customer. Disgraceful experience. High end price, below floor level experience. We are appalled and are doing all we can to deter anyone from buying Alno via Halcyon Interiors. So far managed to deter 3 customers. Never know, may come a time when Alno UK and Halcyon Interiors wake up to the importance of the customer and reputation management - customer is the boss as they pay the bills. No customers, no revenue Alno, Halcyon
