Stay away! Ordered via an advertisement on insta for one of these straightening brushes. Decided I didn't need it as got one elsewhere, so emailed not long after the order. Was told it was already packed and being dispatched. Thought ok so I will just return it. They gave me a tracking number from America. When it eventually came the sent address was in the UK. I have emailed them numerous times now about a refund and they continue to ignore me. I will be reporting this company it's all a scam. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Bought a straightener brush what a load of rubbish and the cable was really short DONT WASTE UR MONEY

Bought product does not do what it says absolute rubbish can't get my money back offering 4 pound I'm reporting them take your money quick enough

The product took weeks to arrive - longer than indicated. I ordered the fit over glasses. When they came they did not fit snugly as the measurements suggested and you could see my usual glasses underneath. There was no easy refund route but on contacting them in looked possible- this was not so. They did anything they could to make me give up and I am currently still waiting to find out to whom I can complain or revive a manager’s name.
Do not use this company.

If possible I would have given zero stars. This is a total scam, please, please do not buy anything from this company, I saw a Facebook ad for their dragons, my kids loved them so thought they would make great Easter gifts. I placed an order on 28 March 2024, the order should have arrived by the end of the Easter holidays but it is now 17 June and I have still not received my order. I complained 3 weeks ago to customer services that I hadn’t received my order nor had any shipping updates about my order since 25 April, the updates were few and far between as it was. I requested they refund me if they were unable to fulfil my order.
The response I received was “The shipping agent confirmed that your order is still in transit.
The system has not updated the latest shipping information yet.
We have urged them to update. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
I have heard nothing further from them, the shipping company nor has there been any update to the tracking info. I will be emailing them again in the vain attempt to get to refund but I’m expecting a similar unhelpful response from them! Not sure if I can get a refund via my bank or PayPal.

There is no way I could get them on my body let get it over my thighs, as far as I am concerned this company is rubbish not happy at all

Scam central - they have been hoaxing me my order is still in transit since March.

It’s not on its way at all.

Bought following a recommendation from Facebook. Over 2 months later item never arrived. Apparently it’s still with the carrier. They refuse to give me a carrier name or tracking reference. I tried to report it to Facebook. They suggested I block the page, so despite being a scam this company is free to continue to steal money from people. I reported it to PayPal and got an instance refund.

They took my money out the minute I placed my order . I have not received my product. Sent emails and keep getting the same response

Ordered moths ago, tracking said it arrived in the UK weeks ago. I have emailed them a couple of times with no response.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered these for Easter weeks in advance. They arrived 10th May, and only after I made a complaint to the company. The eggs are NOT metal. They are badly 3d printed. I ordered two and one cannot open, it is fused shut. The dragon that came out of the 2nd egg was broken in pieces. The articulation is terrible. There are edges of the 3d print material not shaved off. This is the worst purchase I have made in at least a decade. I cannot believe my own stupidity at ordering these. They are SUCH BAD QUALITY DO NOT BUY TOTAL RIP OFF

I think this website has been invented by someone out to scam PayPal and hundreds of customers.

Totally fraudulent.

Found via Facebook advertising campaign or TikTok, can't recall which. AI chatbots for support as well as automated + human support at the end of email, but product won't arrive (it's been just under 3 months for a guaranteed 14 day delivery).

PayPal now practically automatically refunding so that is a relief.

I would give them zero stars if I could.

When you read about delivery, it says the items will be picked from the nearest warehosue but no indication where this is. I assumed due to the free postage that it would be close. It was in Kentucky, USA! I am in the UK. The order took 7 weeks to arrive and when it did, the items were absolutely rubbish. One was broken on arrival because the quality is so low. I asked for refund and they offered me £2 even though I paid £20 for the items.

Wanted to give zero stars but couldn't. Customer service is absolutely awful took 47 days for items to arrive. They gave me 2 different tracking numbers, as apparently the courier had upgraded their system. I think they only arrived as I went through my bank to request a refund. Dragons have arrived, however can't open the eggs to actually see them!!

Nine weeks after the order, which was guaranteed to arrive by Easter, no product has arrived - the dragon egg. This appears to be a scam site, a sophisticated one, however. The customer services replies to you using AI. Buyer beware! P.S. If you paid by Paypal, Paypal will honour and refund.

Shockingly bad!!

Terrible service. I have ordered 7 weeks ago after accessing a Facebook add that said “order now to receive before Easter” which was 5 weeks ago. Difficult to talk to anyone, as I think there is a 3rd party seller and the conversation was very fragmented. Not willing to issue a refund when I stil haven’t received anything for my payment.
