Beautiful tile worth the investment
I wanted an elegant and beautiful tile accent for our bath and looked at the inventory at Aloft. Julia helped me get to know a gorgeous piece from the Sakura collection, and I took the chance of purchasing and having it shipped to me. Now that it has been installed, bath, i get a relaxing feeling every time i walk in the bathroom. Thank you Julia and Aloft!

Beautiful quality tile and even better customer service
We had 5 box’s damaged during shipping and they promptly worked on getting a replacement order out asap. Pricing on the tile we picked was best pricing around.

Disappointed…
I give it a 2 because shipping was fast and great, but the tile looked nothing in person like it looked in the pictures.
I do have to say that their customer service is great. I’m willing to give them another try in the future.

We are saddened to hear that you didn't like the sample. The tiles samples cannot always depict all of the details and marbling as the tiles samples are generally small. This is especially true when you are ordering samples from large format tiles. The samples are usually best for visualizing the true color(s) of the tile. Very attentive & accommodating to their potential customers. They went out of their way to assure I would be satisfied with the samples I ordered & resent a variety of colors within that same tile pattern along with a credit.

Great tile at a great price! Really responsive customer service. We had one box of tile break on delivery and we were promptly refunded for it. Fast shipping as well! We had tile delivered in under a week!

Customer service for the win!
There was an initial issue, which was a misunderstanding about the size of sample tiles. I did receive a call from a very nice lady at Aloft who handled the situation well. They will make it correct if you have any problems. The tiles are lovely, too.

I ordered a mosaic tile that appeared…
I ordered a mosaic tile that appeared to have not just flat tile but onyx tile included, and the tile I received was all flat colored tile that had no onyx mixed in like the picture. Frustrated I paid over $25 to not get a sample of what I saw in the picture.

Great tile selection and awesome customer service!
I had a hard time finding any good tiles for my bathroom project for a year and decided to check out Aloft Tiles per my friend recommendation. We chose two different colour tiles for our bathroom and they delivered as promised, with minimal cost and free shipping. The tiles are so pretty, better than on the picture! We've now found the ideal tile and are ready to proceed with our project. Thanks Aloft Tiles for helping us get closer to the finished project. The customer service team was also excellent in addressing our questions about exact quantity and usage.
