LIARS! ORDER TAKES WAY LONGER THAN 30 DAYS!!!
I was not aware that this brand has gone down so much in the last few years. It seems that since it got a new owner, it has not been a reliable brand anymore! They break their own terms and conditions, where it says the max. production lenght is 30 days, and they don't even ask their customers for permission to keep their money longer if there is a delay! They don't answer calls, their responses via email and messanger is "our production usually takes 4-6 weeks". So why upon placing my order are you telling me that it takes between 3 and 4 weeks??? What a ridiculous company! I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before, but this was a reliable brand before!

Had i seen their trustpilot, I would never have purchased from them.
AVOID for all cost, I will be claimin a fraud case on them as they also stoppe answering on mails.
Horrible products and rip-off tactics
I ordered some clothes and a pair of swim shorts for the summer in May. The delivery only arrived now, now that summer is over and I no longer need them. I can't return the swim shorts anyway due to the terms and conditions, but it should be clear that I've since bought another one because of the delivery delay.
One long-sleeved shirt has a terrible cut: Despite being a size L, it not only makes my thin torso look even slimmer, but the forearms are so narrow that I can't even fit my arms through them (and I have really tiny forearms). I've already tried giving the shirt to five different friends, but they all have the same problem: they can't fit through the sleeves.
Now I want to return this product, but of course, this particular shirt didn't have a tag, which, according to the terms and conditions, must be attached to the product. I also don't think I'll get a refund because the 3 for 2 offer no longer applies if I return it. Furthermore, I don't want to pay return shipping or additional customs clearance fees.
In addition, I was never informed about the customs fees. Even after selecting the country, I was promised free delivery. The fact that this doesn't cover customs costs is legal, but definitely misleading, especially since the order never left Europe and the website heavily advertises free and worldwide shipping. After all, I bought more items just for that. In summary, I'm just disappointed: The summer dresses arrived after the summer and well after the delivery date, and they were not only bad, but also actually cut incorrectly. I can't return them, and even if I did, it would only put an additional financial strain on myself. Please do yourself a favor and order from Temu; in my experience, you'll get more out of it.

Long wait, poor quality product
I ordered 2 T-shirts on 21st of April 2025. The e-mail confirmation said that they will ship within 3-4 weeks. A month later - May the 22nd they sent an e-mail saying the order will be slightly delayed. I sent an e-mail asking, when can I expect my order? No response. A full month later they sent a message, saying they shipped the order. It arrived on 24th of June. Both T-shirts are thin and the fabric isn't a very good quality. Definitely not worth the 25 Euro I paid for each. Do not recommend this company.
Not shipped after 70 days
T-shirt (paid in advance) not yet shipped after over 2 months. Support responded fast but only moved the deadline several times (originally it was supposed to be shipped in 30 days).

Inconsistent sizing, useless customer service wanting me to pay for shipping while they made a mistake with my order. The cost of shipping their stuff back is the same as the cost of their randomly sized items.

I ordered two huggies in mid-december and they arrived 2 weeks ago. The quality was worst than primark snuggies while being more expensive. It already came with part of the colors fainting and with white spots definitely not buying it again.

I ordered a Cookie Monster blanket Hoody on the 9th of January 2025… The product finally arrived on the 19th of February 2025.
When the product did finally arrive, it was a very good quality and the design on the front was brilliant.
The only thing that lets this company down is the delivery time be aware you will have to wait a very long time before you get the product!!!

So, Aloha... says, wait 2-3 weeks. "OK". 5 weeks pass by, still nothing arrives.
Communication? After 1 month, automatic, I suppose, email from Aloha that the order "might" be "a bit" late.
Tried to call them, via Polish and English "helpline" numbers. After 40 min of waiting for somebody to answer the phone, I gave up.
So... I wrote them an email saying I want to cancel the order and want my money back. Wow. After only one (what a feat! I'm still in awe!) day, they replied and cancelled the order. Since then, I've waited for 2 weeks and now I have actually my money back, so I'm writing here what I think.
If you are reading this review and still are not sure if it's a good idea to give this company a chance - I strongly recommend not to. I like the designs of their clothes, too. I bought what I wanted elsewhere, cheaper, and had it within 2 days. Peace out.

I was prepared to wait but I ordered in November 2024 #491583 and appraisal they email with a sorry about the delay we anticipate we will get your order to you by (deadline of a couple of weeks) these deadlines pass. I emailed after the most recent deadline past and asked that if it was not going to be dispatched by 1st Feb that I required a refund. They replied within a day but ignored my refund request and just gave me another fictional estimated dispatch of two weeks time. I’m going through PayPal for resolution

I've been waiting for my order since October 2024 - it's January 31st now. No order, no money, no contact with the company.

I'd give this company zero stars if it was possible. I ordered 2 items from their website on 17th November 2024. After asking for an update on 2nd January (as it exceeded its expected delivery date), I was told it was delayed and will be ready for shipment by 17th January. By January 26th, I still heard nothing, and so I asked for yet another update on my order. I then got told (shockingly) that my order was still in production and the new expected shipment date is 10th February! The confirmation email states it will take 3-4 weeks to make, not 3-4 months! To reiterate another review I've read on here, if you want something from this website for Christmas, make sure you order it 12 months in advance. Ps. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to save yourself time, effort and sanity.
