AVOID
As a former employee, I experienced months of unpaid wages while working for Adrianna Wojnarowicz owner of Mind & Consult Ltd under the name of marketing agency Alohally.
She signed a contract with me despite clearly lacking the funds to pay.
When payments were due, nothing arrived — no transparency, no accountability.
After I agreed to installments, those were ignored too.
My emails and reminders went unanswered. The only time I received any reaction was when I was forced to issue a formal legal threat.
She is not a reliable business partner. Unprofessional, exploitative, and dishonest. In my experience, this company operates more like a scam than a legitimate employer.
