I ordered from this UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, and CROOKED website, for a Special Occasion
I WAS FALSELY ASSURED by the CROOK who replies to Customer emails, that my order would be delivered on time for the Special Occasion
Then I seen that my order had not been dispatched, and the Special Occasion was just 3 days away!
I asked had my order been dispatched, and the Dishonest Crook, said, "Err, no, I only dispatch orders on, Mondays, I forgot to mention that crucial fact, before you paid me... OPPPS..."
So, after I had already paid for my order based on DISHONEST, FALSE, ASSURANCES that my order would arrive on time for a Special Occasion, the DISHONEST CROOK told me that my order wont be dispatched until the following week
There was no apology, nor attempt to ship my order straight away by Express Shipping so as to ensure that my order arrived on time for the special occasion as they had assured me
No, That Would be Too Decent and Fair FOR THIS CORRUPT COMPANY TO CONCEIVE OF DOING FOR A CUSTOMER
The company DOESNT CARE ONCE THEY SNATCH YOUR CASH
Then when my order finally arrived 2 WEEKS LATE, I received a, SMALL BOX, so, I knew that there must be a, MISSING BOX, because a, SMALL BOX, could not contain my large order
There was not just 2, or 3 MISSING ITEMS
THERE WAS 23 MISSING ITEMS!?!?
YES, 23 MISSING ITEMS!!!
And, they sent me, OLD POTATOES, and, OLD GARLIC
DAMAGED, SQUASHED PEARS, due to the Pears not being packaged correctly, and the Pears were packed under heavy items - STUPID & MINDLESS
ALPASSOFOOD, FAILED TO CONTACT ME TO INFORM ME THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE MISSING 23 ITEMS!!
INSTEAD, I HAD TO EMAIL THEM ABOUT IT!
Then, ALPASSOFOOD, LIED AND SAID, THAT THEY HAD SENT ME AN EMAIL ABOUT THE 23 MISSING ITEMS
THEN I ASKED THEM TO FORWARD THIS APPARENT EMAIL TO ME, BECAUSE I HAD RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL FROM THEM
THEY FAILED TO FORWARD THE EMAIL, BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE - LIARS
I SPENT THE WHOLE MONTH OF AUGUST TRYING TO GET THE MISSING ORDER SHIPPED TO ME
THE CROOK WHO REPLIES TO EMAILS, KEPT LYING ABOUT ITEMS BEING: 'OUT-OF-STOCK', OR, 'TOO FRAGILE'
IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER THEY SHIPPED ME, BANANAS, AND GINGER ROOT, BUT They CLAIMED THAT THE MISSING MELON, AND TURMERIC ROOT, ETC, ETC, WERE TOO FRAGILE TO SHIP?!?!
NONSENSE AND LIES!!
THEY SHIPPED ME: OLD-STOCK, AND ALL-YEAR-AVAILABLE ITEMS, INSTEAD OF THE SEASONAL PRODUCE THAT I ORDERED!!
THIS COMPANY LIE, AND GASLIGHT CUSTOMERS
THEN AFTER WASTING THE MONTH OF AUGUST TRYING TO RECEIVE MY MISSING ORDER, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO BOTHER SHIPPING MY ORDER, AFTER I HAD POINTED OUT THAT THEIR FIGURES FOR THE COST OF MY MISSING ORDER WERE DELIBERATELY UNDERVALUED TO DISHONESTLY INCORPORATE THEIR CRAZY, INFLATED, SHIPPING-CHARGE OF, €40, WHICH I DID NOT NEED TO PAY, BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY PAID THE CRAZY SHIPPING-FEE FOR THE ORIGINAL, UNFULFILLED, ORDER!!
THEY PATHETICALLY DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR MY MISSING ORDER'S SHIPPING, SO THEY FRAUDULANTLY DOCTORED MY ORDER'S VALUE, SO THAT THEY COULD MINUS THE MISSING ORDER'S REPLACEMENT ORDER'S SHIPPING-FEE FROM IT!
DISGRACEFUL!!
SO, WHEN I POINTED THAT OUT, THEY THEN REFUSED TO SHIP MY MISSING ORDER, CLAIMING THAT THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND, THE SIMPLE, CLEAR, NUMBERED-LIST OF ITEMS THAT I ORDERED - NO, THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO PAY THEIR SHIPPING-COST
SO, NOT ONLY DID THEY DESTROY A SPECIAL OCCASION BY DISHONEST ASSURANCES OF SHIPPING MY ORDER ON TIME, BUT THEN THEY SHIPPED LESS THAN HALF OF MY ORDER 2 WEEKS LATE, WHICH COMPRISED: OUT-OF-SEASON POTATOES, OLD ONIONS, OLD GARLIC, AND SQUASHED PEARS, DUE TO IMPROPERLY PACKAGED FOOD, AND NO CHILLED-PACKAGING, WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR FRESH FOOD SHIPPING IN SUMMER
€40, SHIPPING, IMPLIES EXPRESS DELIVERY - THEY INSTEAD SHIP BY SLOW-COACH SHIPPING, WITH NO COLD-CHAIN SHIPPING, BUT THEY STILL CHARGE EXPRESS-SHIPPING PRICES?!?
AND, AFTER ALL OF THAT LIES AND FRAUD, THEY THEN CLAIMED THAT THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED 2 EXTRA PAYMENTS THAT I HAD MADE FOR EXTRA ITEMS, THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED WITH THE MISSING ORDER'S REPLACEMENT
BUT, ALPASSOFOOD'S FRAUD, WAS STILL NOT FINISHED YET, BECAUSE THEN THEY WANTED TO REIMBURSE ME BY ONLY HALF OF MY MISSING ORDER'S VALUE
DISGUSTING, DESPICABLE FRAUDSTERS
I WAS ALSO SENT A THREATENING EMAIL BY ALPASSOFOOD, BECAUSE I TOLD THE WORLD ABOUT THEIR FRAUDULANT BUSINESS PRACTICES
MY ADVICE IS TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH, ALPASSOFOOD
ONLY SHOP WITH, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, CONSIDERATE, DILIGENT, FOOD-COMPANIES, WHO OFFER, FREE, PROFESSIONAL, EXPRESS-SHIPPING, WHEN YOU SPEND A MODERATE AMOUNT ON YOUR ORDERS, AND WHO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND ARE FOOD-SAFETY AND COLD-CHAIN LAWS COMPLIANT
