It starts with the fact that all products and descriptions are in German, so you first have to translate everything into English or your language.
I ordered a server, and at first I kept getting captcha errors, even though there was no captcha, so I have no idea what caused that. Eventually after 5-10 minute of trying and refill all fields I was able to complete the payment with my card.
After that, nothing happened for almost a full day. I had to asked where my server was, but I just got a reply saying “What?” in German, and then i had to explain it whats the problem (no server lol)
Then I was told to be patient. In 2026, VPS provisioning still not being automated feels very outdated and honestly ridiculous?????? Or not????
If I hadn’t proactively opened a ticket almost a day after purchase, I would probably still be waiting. 100%!!
Then 1.5-2h later, I was told the server was ready and that a “1” had been added to the end of the my choosen password. I tried logging in, but it didn’t work password login isnt allowed??? wtf. really?
Then I tried using the noVNC console to activate root/password login, but that didn’t work either. "Something went wrong, connection is closed"... everything great so far!
I can now see, not even logged in or anything running that i have already a lot of cpu/RAM steal... nothing running and even 900mb loll
I Cannot understand all these 5-star and 4.9 ratings here to be honest.
most of them must be from friends or customers who were asked to leave a review or what ever its strange as
I have now requested a refund. Overall, a very strange experience and Ive personally would strongly advise others to stay away. ( isee i got refund now... one thing at least)
