Warning SCAM: Alpha ignores physical evidence of system glitches and misrepresents facts

I am writing this review to warn other traders about how Alpha Capital Group / Alpha Futures handles technical errors and payout requests.

I am a profitable trader with over $11,000 in gains on my account. Recently, a payout of $1,3,67.60 was denied due to a "rule breach" of 102 trades (limit 100), which was caused by a documented technical glitch on their dashboard on January 20th.

The most concerning parts are:

I reported this glitch immediately on January 21st via email. I have timestamped screenshots of this communication.

Alpha's support recently claimed on Trustpilot that I did not escalate the case for 4 months—this is a verifiable lie that is easily disproven by my sent-folder records.

They are now hiding behind the fact that their platform provider (Project X) went down in February, claiming logs are "unretrievable." This is irrelevant because the proof was provided in January while the logs were active.

This firm is happy to take your money, but the moment you become profitable and experience a system error, they will ignore your evidence and publicly misrepresent the timeline of events. My case is currently trending as the #1 post on r/Forex with over 15,000 views, as the community is shocked by this lack of integrity.

Avoid until they learn to respect evidence and their own technical failures.
