Helpful, thorough and efficient!
Andrew has been incredibly helpful and efficient in turning around a party wall agreement with a schedule of conditions. He took the time to fully explain all aspects of the party wall notice in Lehman’s terms, and was also happy to pick up the phone for a quick chat whenever we needed. Would definitely use his services again and will be recommending to friends in the future.

Party Wall Agreement
I engaged Andrew to help with a party wall agreement as I wanted to remove a chimney breast between myself and the adjoining property. Andrew was very professional, quick and efficient, he also gave me some very good advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
