I think sometimes mistakes happen but its how you put them right and must say was very impressed with the attitude and willingness to help no matter the cost. Well Done

Absolutely brilliant. Delivered in less than 24hrs, good price. No bs, the fittings were in a sack and the spiral just loose - which is all you need. No wasted packaging, just a great all round service. Other businesses could learn from this. Oh yeah and they answered my email query at 6:30pm.
