Just purchased my first account with ACG, Kyrian helped with the process. So far, I've had a smooth and nice experience with Alpha Capital.

Overall, my experience has been very positive so far. I cleared Phase 2 on 24th April, after which there was a minor issue with my KYC. However, the team handled it professionally—they conducted an interview to better understand my strategy and eventually approved my funded account today.

I’m yet to receive a payout, but I’m hopeful that process will go just as smoothly.

Placing funded traders into risk groups which is not consistent with the program. Further unfair restrictions like 1% single trade rule where profits cannot offset losses. From 5% daily dd to 1% single trade rule where profits cannot offset your losses, they proceed to reset your account, taking away all your profits. I was down 1.4% for one day but they took away 3.7% of my profits. Beware of such unfair practices. A daily limit of 1% would be more consistent and transparent.

I’ve now received my 4th payout from Alpha Capital Group, and I can honestly say the experience has been smooth every single time. Payments have always been on time, processed correctly, and without any delays or issues.

Consistency is a big deal for me, and they’ve definitely delivered on that so far. Based on my experience, they’ve proven to be reliable when it comes to payouts.

I successfully passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 with great results, only to be told my account was invalid because of the '2-minute rule'. Even though my trades were manual with high targets (80 pips), they didn't care about the logic, only the duration. They gave me a retry, but the frustration and the feeling of being robbed of my first success ruined my psychology, leading to a loss later. This firm finds every technical excuse to avoid moving you forward. If you are a trader who catches big moves fast, their rules will work against you. Very disappointing experience.

I have great experience with alpha and the support is just too good there so many mod on discord and specially anush helped me when i was confused , so thank you anush and thank you alpha team for your support.
