My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been deeply disappointing.

I am a trader with 6 years of experience and I passed their evaluations multiple times, often reaching the profit targets quickly using my own proven strategy. Each time I passed, I received congratulations and confirmation emails stating I had successfully completed the challenge — only to later have funding denied through unclear, inconsistent, and restrictive rule interpretations.

My first funded account was rejected because I opened several smaller scaled positions — despite this being legitimate trade execution and risk management.

Then, three separate times, my accounts were rejected again under the 2-minute holding rule. What I strongly disagree with is that my biggest profits came from trades held much longer than two minutes, yet they aggregated smaller scalping profits together and used that calculation to invalidate the account.

This is the core issue: they allow you to pass the evaluation and qualification stages using your strategy, but when it is time to issue a funded account, the rules appear to be enforced in a far more restrictive way, often through technicalities and retrospective calculations.

After multiple retries, multiple successful passes, and profits well above target, I was still denied funding repeatedly.

To me, this feels like moving the goalposts.

If you are a genuinely profitable trader using active execution, scaling, or precision entries, be aware your strategy may not be compatible with how these rules are ultimately applied.

I do not believe this is fair to profitable traders, and after investing money, time, and proving profitability several times, I cannot recommend Alpha Capital Group unless they significantly improve transparency, consistency, and fairness.

I have had no problems with ACG so far. Rules were clear but i did get a Risk Interview right after my first payout. Saying this tho Ollie made this a great experience and there were no questions trying to catch me out. Overall great firm!

Had a misunderstanding regarding my payout but they helped me thanks to louie. Alpha cares about it's people

its has good customer service fast respond but i would like you to have your client account review after every phase to check if we have violated any rule because it take time to be profitable so that they know if to start afresh or continue

I have withdrew payouts from ACG on several occasions but recently been moved into risk management program which have an additional rule "1% Cooling-Off Rule" to follow.
I'm infinitely thankful to the team for reviewing my trading account and helping me improve my risk management because this rule helped me a lot and now i have more chance to success instead of blowing accounts on one trade.

My goal ultimately is to move to alpha prime.

I can say is a scam. Since they don’t want you to have a payout!
Yesterday i passed the challenge, today i received an email saying it can not be processed!

Last week they refused my payout due to more than 40% achievements. Do not use your time and money on this company IS A BIG SCAM!
