Cancelled booking on arrival, poorest ever customer care
At the last minute, Alpha Customer Service Apprehension canceled the booking for my arrival at Sydney Airport.
I must book another provider on arrival, and obviously, I must pay a much higher rate for immediate booking! What a service! Plus, the anxiety of finding a replacement at the last minute.
I called him upon arrival at Sydney Airport. He said he was sorry. He would close in a few minutes but could arrange an after-hours pick-up. However, he did not arrange an after-hours pick-up!
We spoke at 3.45 pm on 0283551933 before leaving Melbourne; I told him my late arrival at 5.30 pm. I confirmed that I was inside the airplane, waiting immediately to fly. It is outside my control. So he knows that I am seriously flying and coming.
To my surprise
1. he said I could have arranged an after-hour booking, but he did not!!!, Just simply a lack of courtesy or interest in his customer care
2, The booking confirmation indicated that opening hours are Mon to Sun: 4.30 am to 10.30 pm. That is Obviously not the case.
Never again use this service!!
Asking for a refund of my deposit.

Nightmare morning with Alpha thanks to…
Nightmare morning with Alpha thanks to some horrendous customer experience with the Branch Manager at Tullarmarine. Been through Alpha before but wont be back again... if this is what the Manager is like, I'm not sure I want to see the rest of the business...the guy even hung up on me... good lesson in how to damage a brand reputation. First post I've ever made like this (hope it's the last). Alpha... steer clear!
