Absolute Con Artists. They will take your money, make your designs and then RANSOM your business. I made sure I got copies of all my designs so I could go use them on my own, but the QR code I printed on ALL of my business cards and flyers? They literally Shut it OFF then RANSOMED it back to me for $350!! The $100 hats and T-shirts they charged me for? They were from VISTAPRINT. Oh and not to mention how AFTER they design your cheap website, they ask you for no less than $1000 in server costs to run it! Run Away! Run Away!

I found this company on line to do my logo. Which is overpriced, then i paid over 1900.00 for my website, which took over a year to complete, never got the stationary as promised as part of my packet. Ended up paying an additional 425.89 for that. They lied about securing my domain which was going to cost me another 1200.00 thank God i had another web designer look into this and he told me that my domain was still available. So I paid a very small amount myself and got it. They were mad when I did. The worse is that 3 weeks ago they finished my work I was just glad to get it done after I had threatened to get a refund because they wouldn't respond. I had to call EVEY number i had over the past year just to get the credentials for WordPress to learn how to edit my website. Today I sent someone my website during a live only to be told that it wasn't up. These scamers who was hosting my website are gone. Their website is 405 errors. I am hoping to find another host who can find my website on WordPress. Any one else have this issue? Check your website it could be gone like mine. I'm posting every where and blowing up Pete's phone. They will regret this.

The company took my money, finished a part of the work, and is now nonresponsive. Complaint will be filed today.

Garbage company definitely a scam do not use at all unless you want to be forced into paying money without disclosures. They don't give u receipts they don't give you anything. Please be careful.

Stay away from this company or you will get scammed. I never received proofs that they filed my trademark registration . The kept trying to sell me a website and changed my card and kept telling me they would refund me , but never did . I’m still trying to get my money back . As you can see by the reviews they are scams . I worked with Pete who is now not answering my calls .

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY MADE MY LOGO AND NEVER COMPLETED MY WEBSITE. THEY RIPPED ME OFF TO THE TUNE OF $1878. I HAVE FILED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO YOUR BUSINESS. THEY OPERATE UNDER SEVERAL NAMES.

I had a bad experience with Alpha Design Crew. I purchased their logo and business card package.
Nathan kept telling me he emailed the log to my Gmail for approval. When I told him I was not getting it, he insisted that something was wrong with my email.

Meanwhile, I'm getting emails from other people.
Instead of emailing the logo draft, he texted them. On one occasion, he hangs up the phone on me. When I requested a refund, he ignored me. Then, one of his colleagues emailed me a draft of logos after I made it clear through text messages and email that I wanted a logo.

Nathan told me I'm not getting a refund because I got the logo drafts his colleague sent. Stay away from this company. There are reputable logo companies out there. Alpha Design Crew is a fraud.

Cost structure - hidden cost for registration:
There was no discussion during contract sign-up regarding the trademark registration process cost, which is mandate for releasing ownership of the logo. I dont have ownership of the logo that I paid for without the registration process. This is totally unexpected!

The company is a joke, I tested it, i wish I can give 0 stars. I asked for a logo $35 package came with 3 revisions. 3 times they emailed me a logo that looks like a 1970 tv screen. There answer to the problem “ will that’s the package you choose” I choose a package that says let my Logo look like Sh**.

The guys were easy to work with, very friendly and helpful. Ben was especially patient when I wanted more designs to choose from. And he helped us to choose the best package for our logo. And I am super pleased with my logo design. I would choose to them again.

I paid for a business logo on 7/3/24 that was supposed to be next day or close to that i figured with the holiday being on thursday it would take until the following week. I reached out to them to cancel on the 15th they would not reply back to my texts or email . On the 18th the original person i spoke to emailed me and said that my logo was done and gave me some bs story about his father passed away. I emailed back and said that it was too late i already hired and have a completed logo from another company. They have yet to refund my money or get back to me. Avoid them at all cost

This is a total scam. Stay away from these people. They lure you in with a low fee of $45 to start your logo, but when the logo is ready, they want to charge you $599 to register it. They never disclose this upfront, intending to keep your money if you decide to walk away.

Other people's reviews report similar experiences. The logo quality is very poor, clearly showing they don't care about the artwork. They just run a business of keeping your money if you choose not to pay the additional fees they request.

They claim 100% refund, guaranteed. When you request the refund they state whatever your reason is, is against terms & conditions. They sucker you into logo and force you to register it which is not cheap process. Ridiculous, I can get logo off fiver without being forced to trademark logo. How dumb, shame on your company for turning $40 into much more then not refunding when I decided not to proceed.

Stay away ... never use this company!! 1500.00 stolen !! CHRIS lied and begged for an opportunity, then Alvin pretended to know that he knows what he is doing !! Scam crew , the also use the name Alpha Design Crew

I paid them over $100 to design a logo to my spec and they came back with a draft of a basic logo a child could do on an etch-a-sketch, so I canceled the order. The promised refund never appeared. A long series of excuses — over a year worth — and now radio silence.

It’s been almost a year, i paid $1066 for a website. They showed me demos and I gave them the ok to complete it. I asked if the website can have a functionality to add basketball stats and players, they said that would be an additional $700. These charges were made in August of 2023. It’s almost march of 2024 and I still do not have a website/functionality. They said this would be a 20 day turnaround. During the process they said they do basketball jerseys too. I paid $300 for 6 reversible jerseys. I have not received those jerseys as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. I am in the process of disputes.

Scam! Read the terms. Matt will take your money for the initial payment, then claim you owe him $600 for a license to use the logo. When you claim you want a refund because that was not discussed in the beginning, he will tell you to read the terms and you get no logo and no refund. Total scam! The positive reviews sound like a broken record and all have the same style. These guys are POS scammers. They even have their domain registration blocked so you can not see their identity. Stay away!
