Trading on the imbalance market??
I bought a 32,8 kWh battery with inverter (Smile G3 T10-INV ) for trading on the electrical imbalance market in Holland, spring 2024. After 6 months waiting the installation was on aug 28. From the first moment until now SOC data are missing. For storage solar energy it is working fine, but that was not the purpose why I bought this system. So the energy compagny is until now not able to calculate exactly how much KW and which price the battery discharge or charge. Repeatedly I contacted the distributor (Solshare) in Holland. This contact was always fast and fine. They still working on a solution to integrate the SOC data and the data from the current meter from AlphaESS itself in the algorithm from the energy compagny, Takes much, much more time than I expected. The time to earn the battery back is also much longer than expected, 15-20 years or more.
I will update this review in a couple of months if this problem is solved.
