Alpha coach tours
Just returned from a coach trip to Liverpool organised through Alpha holiday, the coach arrived 1& half hours late although to be fair part of it was due to an accident & roadworks but when we rung to find out where the coach was they were very helpful, we were meant to be picked up with a feeder bus as were other passengers but we weren't, we wasn't told about the Change some people was on the coach from 7 30am travelling from Lincoln & picking up along the way to Barnsley area Yorkshire, if we had been informed of the situation it wouldn't have been as bad but it took 3 phone calls from us to find out what was happening, the driver wasn't very helpful it's the first time that a driver hasn't been there to assist passengers on or off the coach if needed, or help with our cases other than loading them onto the coach, we had to carry them out of the hotel & round the corner to the coach, don't think we would book through alpha again.
