New Customer Experience
The AI assistants try and force customers in a direction, live guest service does not respond through email timely. Has not been a great experience up to this point. Alpha Hormones might not be a good fit for me unfortunately.

Our AI assistant still needs improvement. It’s intended to answer general questions about our practice and direct you to our team for medical advice or questions it can’t answer.
Texting us at 213-334-4111 is usually the best way to reach our team, though you’re welcome to call as well. You can also contact our manager, Natalie, directly at natalie@alphahormones.com. If you’re comfortable, please privately share what you asked the assistant and when you emailed us so we can look into what happened.

Alpha Hormones Provides Exceptional Care
I recently conducted my bi-monthly HRT follow up meeting with Marcus Lee. As usual, Marcus was extremely thorough and informative. Marcus identified areas where I could continue to make improvements to my overall health, physique, and nutritional goals.
Marcus Lee's knowledge of HRT and the aging population is extraordinary. As a retired first responder, I sustained numerous injuries and experienced the day-to-day aches and pains of a thirty-year career.
However, under Marcus' care at Alpha Hormones, I am now pain free. I'm in great shape and my physique is as muscular as it was, when I was in my twenties! Alpha Hormones is the BEST provider of HRT in Southern California....especially for the 50+ population!
