This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with. If you ask them simple questions about the booking they reply with short, confrontational or nonsensical answers. I was told that their call line was 'only for emergencies', but get no sense out of the online chat. I will be avoiding in future.
Having used a number of hosting companies, none compares with Alpha in terms of customer support. These people are amazing - fast, courteous and they really know their stuff.
