Great Concept, Great Customer Service
I really like the concept of the infusion process. Although, much to my consternation, I didn’t have hair regrowth. When I contacted the company Victoria handled my claim and offered me either a full refund or another 4 month supply of Alphainfuse. There was no hesitation on Victoria’s part to respond to her customer. Always hopeful for a good outcome, I opted for the extra 4 months.
Customer service is 100% so, you have nothing to lose but your bald spot, in my case a very large spot. Hopeful and appreciative of the customer service

Hi, I thought I'd give Alphainfuse a try I've got nothing to lose apart from my hair. I've been using it now for 6 weeks and I can see that there is signs of hair starting to grow back so I will carry on using it and hope in another 6 weeks I will be able to see a significant change. The only problem I have had is when I use the micro needle head it has leaked a couple of times when you press it onto your scalp even with a new one so I ordered some more and the service has been great, thank you.
