I wanted to share my appreciation for the fantastic support I received from Victoria.
My original order was unfortunately stopped by Indonesian Customs and returned to the sender due to licensing issues. I was worried about the resolution process, but Victoria’s response was incredibly fast. She understood the problem immediately and resolved it with impressive speed.
She has already arranged a new delivery to Indonesia for me. I am very impressed with the level of service and am now eagerly looking forward to finally receiving and trying the product!

Very pleased after first 10 weeks
