I got scammed by AlphaKeys, unfortunately. I ordered my first-ever GMK keycap set from them and never received the product, although all other vendors have shipped theirs out as of months ago. I've been trying to get in touch with someone there about timeline or, at this point, a refund, but it's been 4 months of radio silence. No one answers on Instagram either, and their Discord link is defunct.

Others on Reddit are reporting the same experience. Total silence from AlphaKeys. I'm out $300 and others are as well. I will be trying to issue a chargeback, but it's so long ago now for this preorder that I'm not sure it's even possible.

I have truly never dealt with a company that had such a total lack of communication that I had to file a charge-back with my bank in order for the vendor to respond to me.

Support requests were sent in on three different channels including email and their public discord and none of them were returned. It was only after my bank contacted them over my concern I was being scammed that they finally responded.

Then, after my order had been delayed a full month without any response, the vendor made no apology, sent me a bill for shipping, and then waited two more weeks to actually drop the parcel off to the courier (confirmed with courier that the tracking number was activated but no parcel was received).

Will not recommend that anyone spend their hard earned money with this vendor due to the complete lack of communication and unprofessional response.

Go spend your money elsewhere.

I've had a great experience with Alphakeys.ca, I ordered something and it came in a very nice bag with a large sticker with there logo. It is a canadian company and I live in the netherlands so shipping took longer than estimated, They used APC - PLI for shipping which didnt have good reviews here at all, but I had no problem what so ever.
